An Eclectic, Artist-Led Wedding at Home in Oklahoma City | Remi + Brandon
An intimate and eclectic Oklahoma City wedding featuring a ceremony at Wesley Church and a backyard reception at the bride’s family home. Filled with handmade details, live music and artistic touches, Remi and Brandon’s wedding was a reflection of their creativity
Remi and Brandon’s wedding day felt like art in motion.
From the very beginning, it was clear that every part of their day would be intentional, personal, and deeply reflective of who they are; not just as a couple, but as artists. Their June 28, 2025 wedding in Oklahoma City was layered with meaning and creativity.
The ceremony took place at Remi’s childhood church, Wesley Church, where they made it their own. Each pew was lined with Remi’s mom’s handmade banners.
Before the ceremony began, Brandon and his brothers played music together, setting the tone for the day. They are SO talented and actually have a band—The Walter Brothers (you can find them on Apple Music and Spotify!)
After the ceremony, guests gathered at Remi’s parents’ home for a reception that was full of life. The setting itself created an immediate sense of warmth, nothing overly formal, nothing forced. Just their people, connection, and celebration.
The bubbles on the dancefloor were a total highlight.
What stood out most wasn’t just the design or the details, but how cohesive everything felt. Every element, from the handmade pieces to the music to the choice of locations, worked together to tell their story.
Remi and Brandon didn’t follow a template, they created a day that felt like them!
It was unforgettable.
